It is extremely difficult to find vintage images showing pregnant women. It seems like it did not meet the mainstream aesthetics of family photography or publicity. As you can see some of the images do not show pregnant women at all. But here are some images I have found on the Internet. I added the Chocolate poster because I found it quite cheeky. ( If you own or have any vintage images portraying pregnant women please do not hesitate to send them to us).
